Please ensure you are logged into that third-party account outside of the game. If the issue persists, try clearing the game's cache and then attempting the login again. If the linking continues to fail, contact support at https://smurfsmagicmatch.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and provide the email address associated with that specific third-party account so we can investigate the linking status.
