In order to ensure that your game progress is saved on your current device and any new devices you may switch to, please ensure that you are either logged into 'Google Play Games' (Android) or 'Sign in with Apple' (iOS).
To connect with 'Google Play Games' (Android) or 'Sign in with Apple' (iOS), please follow these steps:
- Tap on the Settings "cog" icon on the bottom right corner
- Notice the 'Save Progress' button above the 'Player Profile' button. Tap it.
- A pop-up window will be prompted.
- Tap 'Sign in with Google' if you're on an Android device or 'Sign in with Apple' if you're on an iOS device.
- Confirm that you are logged in.
